I acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of my enrolled kids participation in the programs, classes, and activities offered by Kurinji Muthamizh Sangam & Academy.

• Voluntary Participation: I understand that my participation in the Academy’s educational programs and extracurricular activities is voluntary and may include physical activity, instructional exercises, rehearsals, or events that may involve certain risks.
• Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge and accept that participating in the Academy’s programs may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
• Release and Waiver: I release, waive, and discharge the Academy, its instructors, staff, directors, officers, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in Academy-related programs and events.
• Medical Authorization: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the Academy to obtain medical treatment deemed necessary for my health and safety. I agree to be financially responsible for any resulting medical care.
• Photo & Media Release: I grant permission to the Academy to photograph or record me during classes or events and to use such media for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes.
• Code of Conduct: I agree to follow the Academy’s rules, guidelines, and behavior expectations. I understand that failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or dismissal from the Academy.
