Membership Waive I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of my membership with Kurinji Muthamizh Sangam (the “Organization”): Voluntary Participation I understand that my involvement in the Organization is voluntary and may include activities that involve physical exertion, travel, or other potential risks. Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with participation in the Organization’s activities and events, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation. Release and Waiver I release, waive, and discharge Kurinji Muthamizh Sangam, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in Organization-related activities. Medical Treatment I authorize the Organization to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical services rendered. Photo & Media Release I grant permission to the Organization to use my likeness in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional or educational purposes. Code of Conduct I agree to abide by the Organization’s rules, guidelines, and policies. I understand that failure to comply may result in revocation of my membership.
